The Circles are run on Zoom, with Victoria hosting.
They give you a nurturing and supportive space to share the load you are carrying and for other women to see you, hear you and to listen without judgement.
We feel less alone when we are able to share what's in our head.
We heal and thrive in community.
Monthly Compassionate Circles are for a maximum of 8 people.
Weekly Compassionate Circles - not yet launched - will run over 8 weeks, with a maximum of 5 people in the group.
Compassionate Community of Women
This community is free and offers deep-feeling and compassionate women a supportive and nurturing online space.
You will get insight and wisdom from Victoria through regular posts and will be in community with like-minded women.
The community is hosted on the Mighty Networks platform away from social media and those blooming algorithms. It allows for that deeper connection we want and need but that is often lacking on social media.
1-2-1 COMPASSIONATE COACHING
1-2-1 Coaching includes targeted and focused work to support you to discover who you are and to live life your way.
All coaching begins with an exploration session in which we chat about how life is for you at the moment.
Coaching goes at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I am guided by you and what you want to get out of our sessions together.
All coaching is bespoke as I know that we are all unique individuals with a unique lens on life.
I recommend coaching sessions every fortnight as this allows time for reflection between sessions, but weekly and monthly appointments may also be also possible.
The coaching may include tasks to do between sessions, for example, journalling, further reading, practising self-soothing and self-care strategies etc. These tasks will be agreed during the sessions.
